Chic Finds from the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels

by Tiffany Figueiredo

If you’re the kind of traveler who notices the scent in a hotel lobby or the weight of a linen robe, you’ll love this edit of finds from my favorite hotels, all available to shop online.

01. The scent of St Barths: suntan oil, briny sea spray, the occasional whiff of a ciggie, and Ylang, Eden Rock’s signature fragrance created with Diptyque. Spray it all over the house or light one of the candles, and suddenly, you're back on the Riviera.

02. Soho House members know lighting sets the mood at each house around the world. This molded glass lamp is inspired by the 1970s vibe at London’s 180 House. I love how its minty green glaze brings a fresh pop of color into almost any setting.

03. No one does chic and whimsical quite like Kit Kemp. I adore each of her Firmdale Hotels (and I’ve seen them all). Every one is a masterclass in blending bold patterns, global influences, and period style. The Polly Chair, with its playful fabric and traditional lines, is peak Kit.

04. On Lake Como, nothing feels more insider than carrying Chez Dede’s Grand Sac for Passalacqua, bold and beautiful just like the villa. And if your style’s a little louder? The bright orange Grand Tremezzo edition is pure fun.

05. Design-forward safari brand Singita’s gorgeous bush boutiques are my weakness. Every time I’m in one, I can’t help stroking their mohair throws trimmed with ostrich feathers. They’re sumptuous and tactile — warmth with a wild edge.

06. I also covet the tableware from Singita, especially these Zulu wirework chargers. Handwoven in earthy tones, they’re a contemporary twist on traditional craft, and they transform a simple dinner table into something lodge-worthy.

07. Aman junkies know: the Aman bathrobes are perfection. Weighty, whisper-soft, hooded, and now offered online in four gorgeous, saturated colorways. I’ve already decided the green one is coming to my house.

08. Blackberry Farm is the kind of place that makes you want to pack it all in and move to the country. Their sweet hand-blown bud vases, filled with single wildflowers and scattered in multiples down a dining table, are Southern charm core.

09. Le Sirenuse in Positano always offers a slightly cheeky wink. Their collaboration with illustrator Angelica Hicks turns a playful ashtray into a status objet, equally at home holding matches, jewelry, or paperclips while you daydream of la dolce vita.
