  • Yes and no. We’re not the transactional, desk-bound agents of decades past. Think of us more like your travel advisor meets lifestyle curator, closer in spirit to a trusted financial planner than a booking engine. We believe time is the ultimate luxury, and that travel should be transformative, not cookie-cutter. That means no off-the-shelf packages or mass-market itineraries. Everything we recommend is researched, vetted, and shaped around you. While we have our favorite destinations and hotels, our goal is always to create the perfect experience for you and your travel companions. It starts with a complimentary consultation to get to know you and your travel style. From there, you can relax. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • We’re paid in a few ways. For most hotel bookings, we receive a commission from the hotel or tour operator, which is built into the rate, so you won’t pay more by booking through us. In fact, you’ll often receive added perks like complimentary breakfast, resort credits, early check-in, or room upgrades that add meaningful value to your stay. We also have access to exclusive offers and negotiated business-class airfares thanks to our industry affiliations and volume.

     

    For custom trip planning, air ticketing, and concierge-level services, we charge professional fees that reflect the time, research, and expertise involved. These vary based on trip complexity and are always discussed upfront. There’s no charge for simple hotel bookings, and we’re always happy to explain what’s included.

  • Not always. Because we invest significant time and care into every trip, and our clients have direct access to Tiffany throughout their travels, we intentionally keep our client portfolio small and highly personalized. As specialists in the luxury market focusing on high-touch service, some requests may fall outside our scope. We offer a complimentary phone consultation to ensure we’re the right fit and to explore how we can best support your travel goals.

  • Because we’re in the business of relationships, not transactions. We take the time to truly get to know our clients — their travel styles, preferences, and pain points — so we can design journeys that not only meet expectations, but consistently exceed them. Our approach is deeply personal, high-touch, and built on trust.

Travel is full of the unexpected — some of it magical, like getting a little lost and stumbling upon a tiny local café on a quiet side street. But missed connections, lost luggage, or disappointing hotels? Not so charming. No matter what arises, we’re your advocate, problem-solver, and calm voice on the other end of the line.
